Multimedia Post- My English Teacher
My English II teacher, Ms. Hunter, teaches three classes. English I, English II, and English I Honors. She has a very tall room, it's also a very hot one, and could be a very cold one in the Winter. She has a lot of books, and a lot of literary posters. It's her birthday just about every day. Her e-mail is vhunter@wood-ridgeschools.org, and her g-mail is misshunterwrhs@gmail.com.
This year I expect to expand my understanding of literary terms and gain a greater appreciation for literature. I would also like to read some more poetry, some Shakespeare, maybe Edgar Allan Poe. Her grading policy is 40% formal assessments, 40% performance based assessments, 10% homework, 10% informal assessments.
Some interesting things about her class is the projects we get and the books we read. There's not a lot of fun going on but we get the job done. I'll probably use web sites like turnitin for some projects. To round it all out, it's apparently her birthday everyday.

Apple back slaps Microsoft
To complement the arrival of new merchandise on the market, apple has released it's five iWork productivity apps for use on new iPhones and iPads. Only very recently had Microsoft joined in on the world of mobile productivity having just released it's Office apps for iPhone in June. The catch was that a subscription to Office 365 was needed and it was unavailable on tablets. As oppose to Apple who has the best selling mobile productivity apps on any platform, which is now free with the previous price being over $40. The release of new merchandise by Apple was really going to hit other companies hard, but this year, it gave Microsoft a technological dilemma.

9/11 today
After 9/11 happened the news had actually taken a while before it reached my legal guardians, like at least two days. This may sound odd but when you don't have proper cable and live 3,000 miles away it doesn't hit you as hard. Though it happened twelve years ago, airport security has become more and more tight over the years. I remember my dad being stopped by a security dog and had his bags searched only to find the dog wanted a sandwich that was in his bag. Anyway, it's hard to imagine how it could even affect your lifestyle at home because, like I said, you live 3,000 miles away and there was no ethnic groups to really discriminate towards. Anyway, it happened, it's you do feel some sadness when comes to your head, but you might as well just move on.
